【How to use】
1. Apply Cite 1(First) after lifting the lashes on the rods.
2. Leave on for about 5 mins and wash off completely.
※The processing time depends on the condition of lashes.
3. Lift the lashes on the rods again and apply Cite 2(Second).
4. Leave on for about 5 mins and wash off completely.
